Processing time: orders are processed within a few business days of purchase.

 

Shipping time: estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and will be kept accurate to what our fulfillment partner can actually deliver.

 

Tracking: a tracking number is emailed automatically once your order ships.

 

Delays: if your shipment is running behind, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and keep you updated.

 

International shipping: not offered at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
