If a product isn't the right fit for your dog, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

 

Condition: items should be returned in like-new, resalable condition where possible. For hygiene items such as bedding, we may offer a refund without requiring the item be shipped back, at our discretion.

 

Refund method: original payment method, processed within a few business days of approval.

 

Damaged or incorrect items: contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
